Located in Switzerland (Zurich), Germany (Munich, Bremen, Frankfurt), and remote, Constructor Nexademy is a coding, data science, and business academy offering a variety of full-time, part-time, and corporate programs to motivated learners looking to enhance their careers with technology.

Our mission is to empower individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the constantly-evolving tech industry. We believe that every individual has the potential to become a highly effective software developer or data scientist and we are committed to unlocking that potential. Our goal is to provide our students with the tools and resources they need to succeed and create new opportunities for themselves in the digital age. By doing so, we hope to contribute to the growth and innovation of the tech industry, as well as help our graduates achieve their dreams of building tomorrow's disruptive technologies. When developing our programs in accordance with Book III of the German Social Code (SGBIII), we take into account the situation and development of the labor market and adapt them to the current labor market.

At our bootcamp, we believe in hands-on, project-based learning that allows our students to apply what they learn in real-world scenarios. Our courses are taught by industry experts who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and experience with the next generation of tech professionals. About Constructor Group

A science, education, and technology ecosystem, Constructor Group is a global institution founded in 2019 by Dr. Serg Bell, a long-time tech and education entrepreneur and investor. Serg Bell is a Singapore-based tech entrepreneur and investor. He founded or co-founded companies including Acronis, Parallels, Acumatica, the Constructor group (formerly SIT), and the VC firm Runa Capital. Serg holds degrees in physics, electrical engineering and computer science (MIPT) and has filed hundreds of patents.

Oznur Bell

CEO of Constructor Academy

Oznur Bell is an education professional, entrepreneur, and marketing executive. Born in Turkey, she holds a B.S. in Political Science and Public Administration from Middle East Technical University and various certifications in Marketing Management. Oznur founded multiple K-12 schools, including Doğa Colleges, and has provided consultancy for other educational brands. She has held senior roles, managing education cycles from kindergarten to post-doctoral studies, and led marketing and business development for six international universities within the BAU Global Education Network. Passionate about education, Oznur is also involved in philanthropic efforts focused on children's and adult education, as well as crisis relief worldwide.

Stanislav “Stas” Protassov

Stanislav has more than 20 years of experience in global software development: from developing and designing system and application software to creating and developing globally remote engineering teams that effectively take part in the general software development process. Stanislav is known for his innovation activities in the fields of virtualization and cloud computing. According to USPTO he is the co-author of 183 issued patent applications in software development, distribution systems, virtualization technologies and algorithms, and other IT systems.

Alex is a Director of Constructor Knowledge Labs, and also serves as General Partner at Constructor Capital, where he leads the firm's software investments. He has represented Constructor Capital at international events, including taking a judge role at the New England Summit in Boston. With a background spanning venture investment and deeptech innovation, Alex brings a strategic, growth-oriented perspective to his role as Managing Director at Constructor Nexademy, helping guide the academy's direction and expansion.

Milos has more than 10 years of experience in various commercial and marketing roles backed up by an Executive MBA in Marketing from the University of Sheffield. Throughout his career, he was able to gain evidence of the growing importance of data for decision-making and success in all business areas, especially with the rapid development of information technologies. With Constructor Nexademy, he aims to apply his experience to help raise awareness and spread knowledge on the important technological topics that will soon become an inevitable part of the skillset for the future workforce and its leadership.

After a successful career as a chef, Aviran decided to channel his problem-solving skills and creativity into a new challenge - software development. After graduating from Constructor Nexademy's Full Stack Development Bootcamp, Aviran is now a Full-Stack Developer who blends technical expertise with a unique perspective. His background in the culinary arts taught him the importance of precision, creativity, and resilience —qualities he now applies to his work in technology

After working for more than three years in IT support in France, Adrien made the decision to further his career in the field by learning to code. He moved to Switzerland to attend the Full-Stack Bootcamp and never looked back! Considering his experience dealing with all kinds of computer issues and willingness to help, becoming a Teaching Assistant after graduation was a natural fit for him. In his free time, he enjoys to watch sports and hike around the country, and has a passion for history, geography, and world cultures.

Dr Finn Jost has over five years of experience working across mathematical physics, data science, and teaching. With a background in academic research and industry projects, he is enthusiastic about uncovering patterns in complexity and explaining them illustratively and driven by real applications. This interest naturally led him to the Data Science program at Constructor Nexademy and joining the team felt like a natural next step. This allows him to combine teaching, mentoring, and course development helping learners to translate concepts into intuition gaining confidence through hands-on experience for their career.

Stefanie Wedel

Data Science Program Manager

With a Master's in Economics and intensive training in Data Science, Stefanie combines analytical depth with practical application. Since February 2025, she has been with Constructor in Zurich, first as an instructor, now as Program Coordinator. She supports students across all course modules, coordinates capstone projects with industry partners, and oversees instructors and material development. Her responsibilities also include external workshops and intensive courses, as well as integrating new content into the learning management system. Her expertise includes Python workflows, machine learning, natural language processing, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.

Sebastian Gottschalk has a strong academic foundation in mathematics from his Masters from the University of Stuttgart and practical experience in actuarial modelling and data-driven problem solving, he brings both analytical depth and industry perspective to the classroom. He joined the Data Science program to expand his knowledge on working with data and stayed on to teach and help students to build a solid understanding of core data science concepts and guiding them toward applying these skills to real-world challenges.

Data Science Part-time Program Manager

Starting his career in clinical immunotherapy research, Marcus was exposed to the pressing need for better ways to make sense of patient data. With a growing interest in personalized therapies, he pursued a MSc in Bioinformatics at the University of Edinburgh and joined ETH Zürich’s Clinical Bioinformatics Unit. Now at Constructor Nexademy, he is able to keep refining his analytical toolbox while helping people reach their goals along the way.

With a background in Banking and Finance, Ruben made the jump into tech to become a software developer. Over his seven years at Constructor Nexademy, he has been part of the company as a teacher assistant, mentor, and program manager. He is now also doing business development to expand the company expertise in AI. In this role, he helps enterprises to provide custom training to their teams to apply Artificial Intelligence to their business processes. Based in Zurich, Ruben loves using his experience on tech to help businesses to adapt and grow.

In 2018, Christina Sieber completed her training at the Employment Agency, where she worked with diverse individuals daily. Her responsibilities included providing guidance and assistance related to employment, unemployment benefits, and other work-related queries. Christina decided to change her job to explore new avenues and enhance her skills, and she found the perfect opportunity to do so at Constructor Nexademy. After working at Zeppelin University, he now leads the Alumni Office at Constructor University in Bremen and oversees alumni, career, and community management across the Constructor Ecosystem, including the Constructor Nexademy and the Constructor Institute of Technology.
