As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for leading marketing efforts to drive student enrollment for Constructor Academy&rsquo;s technology programs. You will also manage a team of marketing professionals and work closely with our student success team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that effectively target and engage our desired audience.

Responsibilities: 
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive student enrolment and increase brand awareness 
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively 
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance and support to team members 
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Analyse and report on marketing performance, using data to guide decision-making 
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Coordinate with the shared service marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and oversee all ongoing marketing activities 
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Collaborate with the student success team to develop and implement lead-generation campaigns and increase the conversion rate&nbsp; 
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels 
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Monitor market trends and competitors, identifying opportunities for growth and differentiation 
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement 
&nbsp; 
&nbsp; 
Requirements: 
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor&rsquo;s or master&rsquo;s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field 
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;5+ years of experience in marketing (ideally in the education or technology industry), leading and managing a marketing team, developing and executing successful marketing campaigns 
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media 
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and native German&nbsp; 
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making 
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously 
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Passion for technology and education 
&bull;&nbsp; &nbsp; Located in Bremen Germany
